We do many custom sizes. Note for overhead (garage) doors: Rule of thumb – you need at least 15 inches of clearance from the bottom of the header to the bottom of the truss (ceiling). This will accommodate for door and opener. Door measurement with concrete may vary – contact our salesman for those details.

We do many custom sizes. Our base house includes: 2 x 6 stud walls 16″ o/c. Roof Trusses 2′ o/c with a one foot overhang, 40 year Painted Metal Roofing, Soffit and Fascia Trim, 2-6 panel entry doors and 4 – 3 x 4 windows. Exterior is either T111 wood siding or OSB and house wrap.
